Mansur takes over as defence secy
Mahmud Hassan Mansur joined as Secretary of the Ministry of Defence on Tuesday.
He joined Bangladesh Civil Service in 1977. Before joining as defence secretary, Mansur was Secretary of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
