Miladunnabi April 11
The holy Miladunnabi will be observed across the country on April 11, as the moon of the month of Rabiul Awal was sighted yesterday.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee at the Islamic Foundation yesterday evening, said a PID handout.
Chaired by Religious Affairs Secretary Muhammad Ataur Rahman, the meeting was attended, among others, by Islamic Foundation Director General M Fazlur Rahman and Meteorological Department Director M Akram Hossain.
