Mutalib Akhand to be buried today
Ruling BNP lawmaker Abdul Mutalib Akhand will be buried at his family graveyard in
Gaibandha today.
His body will be flown to Dhaka from Dubai today by a Biman Bangladesh flight.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. His first namaz-e-janaza will be held at Malibagh in the city the same day, the second one at south plaza of Jatiya Sangsad after Zohr paryers and the third janaza to be held at Gobindganj High School ground.
The last janaza will be held at Jagadishpur at Gobindganj upazila.
Mutalib passed away due to cardiac arrest in Dubai on Saturday.
