Meanwhile, 50 new check posts have been set up in the metropolitan city in the wake of sudden rise in bomb attacks by the outlaws.

"Our forces are on high alert in city to stop recurrence of bomb attacks. Besides, we are extra cautious in view of emergence of a new underground party in Bagerhat," said Police Commissioner Khan Saeed Hasan.
