N'ganj poura chairman to face people today
For the first time in the country, a municipality chairman and ward commissioners will face the people of their constituencies today to answer their questions and listen to their grievances.
Narayanganj pourasava will arrange the 'face the people' event on Chashara Shahid Minar premises at 3:00pm with a view to ensuring transparency, accountability and good governance.
The news of this unusual event has generated curiosity among the people who are waiting to participate in the session and ask questions and raise their problems directly to their representatives.
