They have come to power with the help of BNP and are now trying to distort the liberation war history, he added.
Economist Dr Atiur Rahman described the August 21 grenade attack as a threat to democracy.
Referring to the attacks on women during hartal and the attacks on Eden College students, he said the country is witnessing violations of civil rights.
Dr Reza Kibria said the anti-liberation elements who went unpunished in 1971 will be brought to justice by the people.
Journalist Rahat Khan stressed the need for restoration of the 1972 constitution.
