Old man killed in road accident
An old man, who came to attend a patient at the Sadar hospital, was killed in a road accident in front of the hospital in the town on Satkhira-Khulna highway yesterday.
The deed was identified as Moksed Ali Gazi, 70, son of Sarup Gazi of village Kawandanga in Sadar upazila.
Quoting local people police said the accident occurred when a truck hit Moksed when he was crossing the road to buy medicine from a pharmacy in front of the hospital.
