One killed in Habiganj clash
A man was killed and at least 20 people, including women and children, were injured in a fierce clash between two groups of villagers at Richi in Sadar upazila yesterday.
The dead was identified as Nayeb Ali, 45.
Police and witnesses said the two groups -- one led by Nayeb Ali and another by Arab Ali -- fought the pitched battle over the use of a road at about 5.30pm, leaving 21 people injured.
