One killed in Kafrul 'crossfire'
An alleged criminal was killed in an encounter with the Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) members at city's Kafrul yesterday morning.
The body of Mohammad Tuhin, 29, an accused in college student Momen murder case, was recovered near the Ibrahimpur Jam-e-Masjid in Kafrul.
Tuhin of Faridganj village of Chandpur was an accomplice of notorious criminal Pichchi Hannan, sources said.

The body was sent to the Dhaka Medical College morgue for an autopsy. It bore bullet injuries.
Family members of Tuhin said he had no contact with the family for the last two years.
