Pirates loot 10 fishing trawlers
Armed pirates swooped on 10 fishing trawlers in the Bay of Bengal on Thursday afternoon and looted fish, fishing nets and cash money from the trawlers after throwing 13 fishermen on board into the water.
Narrating the incident, six fishermen, who were rescued by another trawler in the area, said the pirates attacked their fishing trawlers in the deep sea.
When the fishermen tried to resist, the pirates threw 13 fishermen into the water and also took away four trawlers and abducted five fishermen.
