Plying of BRTC buses obstructed
Despite an injunction by the senior assistant judge of Barisal sadar court, private bus owners and workers are obstructing the plying of BRTC buses in south and southwestern zone.
Khan Kamaluddin, manager of Barisal BRTC depot, said two BRTC buses coming from Khulna to Pathrghata were halted by the cadres of Rupsa-Bagerhat private bus owners and workers association on Wednesday.
Another BRTC bus starting from Patharghata for Khulna was also detained on this route by the same groups on Thursday.
