Khaleda Zia is scheduled to arrive Ullapara by helicopter at first to lay the foundation stone of the academic building of the college. Education Engineering Department, Sirajganj will construct the building at an estimated cost of Tk 30.60 lakh. She will address a public meeting to be arranged by local unit of BNP at the college ground.

Later, the prime minister is likely to arrive Saidabad to lay the foundation stone of the Tk 1000-crore 450MW power plant to be constructed by Power Development Board (PDB). She will address another public meeting at the project site.
