Polybags seized, six shop owners fined Tk 11,000
A mobile court yesterday seized a huge number of polythene bags from six shops at the New Market during a surprise drive yesterday and fined the shop owners Tk 11,000.
The drive was conducted to enforce the ban on production, marketing and use of polybags.
