Principal Kashem's death anniversary today

Different organisations have taken various programmes to mark the day. The programmes include ziarat of his mazar, Qurankhwani, milad mahfil and discussion.

President Iajuddin Ahmed and Prime Minister Khaleda Zia in separate messages paid rich tributes to the memory of Principal Abul Kashem and recalled his contribution in expanding education in the country.

Government Bangla College and Principal Abul Kashem Trust will arrange a Qurankhwani and milad mahfil on the college premises at 11:00am today.
