Prof Yunus arrives in Ctg today

Prof Yunus, known worldwide as banker to the poor, who hails from Chittagong, will be the chief guest at the view exchange meeting to be held at the city's Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB) at 4:00am.

Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus Reception Council, a forum to accord reception to Prof Yunus in February next, organises the meeting in association with Chittagong chapters of IEB, Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IEB) and Forum for Planned Chittagong (FPC).

Professor Muhammad Sikandar Khan will preside over the meeting while the heads of different organisations concerned with the development of Chittagong, eminent citizens of the city and members of civil society are expected to participate in the meeting.
