Properties worth Tk 1 cr gutted in Mymensingh
A devastating fire at Crown Wear Private Ltd at Jamirdia in Bhaluka upazila here destroyed properties worth over Tk one crore in the early hours of yesterday, Fire Brigade sources said.
According to sources, the fire originated from electric short circuit at the three-storey factory at 2:30am when the factory was closed and no worker was there.
On information, fire brigade personnel from Bhaluka, Gazipur and Dhaka extinguished the blaze and brought the situation under control.
