SC vacation bench constituted
The Supreme Court goes into an 11-day vacation on the occasion of Eid-ul Fitr beginning October 30, court sources said yesterday.
During the vacation a single bench of the High Court with Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha will dispose of the urgent cases.
The vacation bench will be in session on October 31, November 8 and 9 from 10:30am to 1:00 pm.
