On March 12, the court modified its previous rule making Rajuk a party in the writ and directed all concerned to maintain the status quo.
Khaled Mosharraf, also commander of Sector-2 during the Liberation War, was killed in November 1975 military unrest that brought Ziaur Rahman to the limelight.
