Selima Raman undergoes surgery in Bangkok
State Minister for Cultural Affairs Selma Raman underwent surgery on the right knee at Bamrungrad Hospital of Bangkok on Tuesday.
Architect Nujhat Jerin, daughter of the state minister, said the operation starting at 9:00pm (BDT) took four hours and a half. She is now at the post-operative care unit of the hospital.
Family sources said she is gradually improving.
