Shankar's Int'l Competition for children opens
Shankar's International Children's Competition in painting and writing for the year 2007 is open now, says a press release.
Children who were born on or after January 1, 1991 are eligible for this competition and it is open to children all over the world.
There is no entry fee. Competitors are free to choose the theme/subject for their paintings/drawings/writings.
