Students go on rampage in Khulna, 14 buses damaged
Yasin Biswas, a student of first year of the college, was seriously injured in a road accident on April 26 for which a passenger bus of the route was held responsible.
Angry students put up barricades on all routes from Khulna to Satkhira from 11:00am to 12:15pm today disrupting transport services in demand of compensation.

Violence erupted when a student of the college named Nasim was confined in the Bus Owners' Association Office at Dumuria in retaliation against taking of the bus.
Police later rescued the college student from bus owners' office, but could not recover the bus from grip of the students.
Tension is running high at Dumuria. Both students and transport owners are taking preparation to confront each other today.
Security measures have been stepped up fearing further violence.
