Tk 60 lakh Indian sarees recovered
Customs authorities recovered smuggled Indian sarees and clothes worth about Tk 60 lakh from a pick-up van at Rayerbagh bus stand in the city on Thursday, says a press release.
A special team of the customs intercepted the pick-up van at around 3:00am, but the driver and his helper managed to escape.
