Tributes paid to Justice BB Roy

The memorial meeting was organised by Justice Bimalendu Bikash Roy Chowdhury National Memory Celebration Council in the city.

Presided over by Ex-Chief Justice ATM Afzal, the meeting was attended by Chief Justice Syed JR Mudassir Husain, Ex-Chief Justice Mahmudul Amin Chowdhury, eminent lawyer Dr Kamal Hossain, economist Debapriya Bhattacharya, Convener of Justice BB Roy Chowdhury National Memory Celebration Council Justice Naimuddin Ahmed, said a press release.

The meeting was held at Shaheed Shafiur Rahman auditorium of Bangladesh Supreme Court Lawyer's Association.
