Two killed in city incidents

Two people were killed in separate incidents in the city yesterday.

Mohammad Arif , 22 helper of a Dhaka-Kompanyganj bound bus, was killed in a road accident at Syedabad. Arif was run over by another bus as he was thrown out of his bus when the driver presses the brake suddenly.

He was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where the on-duty doctors declared him dead at noon.

Meanwhile, a construction worker fell from the fourth floor of an under-construction mosque and died at Sadarghat in the city.

Mohammad Jamal, 36, was rushed to the DMCH where the doctors declared him dead.
