Two killed in city road accidents

Abdul Jalil, 35, an oil trader of Dolaipar in Shyampur, was injured critically when a truck hit his motorbike at Dholaipar at 1:00am.

He succumbed to his injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).

Victim's family members said the accident occurred when Jalil while he was going to Dholaipar riding a motorbike from Mir Hazirbagh.

Meanwhile, an unidentified man, aged about 30, was run over by a vehicle on Chittagong road near Shyampur at 3:00pm yesterday.
