Two killed in N'ganj road accidents
Two people, including a woman, were run over by a truck at Masdair in the district town yesterday.
The deceased were identified as Shamsul Huq, 45, and his relative Aleya Begum, 42, of Rajarbagh area in Fatullah.
Police said Shamsul and Aleya fell on the road as the truck hit their rickshaw near the Police Line at about 11:00am. The truck then ran over them.
