Two killed in road accidents
UNB from Bogra reports: A man was killed and five others were injured in a road accident at Mokamtala in the district town yesterday.
Police said the accident occurred when a truck hit a human hauler at about 6:00am, injuring six passengers.

Our correspondent from Sirajganj adds: An unidentified man was killed and two others were injured in a road accident on the Jamuna Bridge on the Dhaka-Banpara highway in Sirajganj yesterday.
Police and witnesses said, the accident took place at 6:00am when a Banpara-bound goods-laden truck turned upside down on the road as the driver lost his control over the steering.
As a result, a passenger of the truck fell on the road leaving him dead on the spot while two others were injured.
The injured were rushed to the Sadar hospital.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar hospital morgue for autopsy. Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately. A case was filed with Jamuna Bridge Western Police Station in this regard.
