Two traders succumb to injuries
The dead are Mohammad Arman, 25, owner of a lathe machine shop at Goran, and Shafiqul Islam, 28, a chicken supplier at Demra.
Some local criminals attacked Arman on Friday night at 10:00pm when he was closing his shop and stabbed six times in different parts of his body.

His brother Abdul Baten told the reporters that the local goons had been irritating Arman recently but could not give any details.
In a separate incident, several muggers, disguised as beggars, asked Tk 2 from Shafiqul when he was loading some chickens to a rickshaw-van at Shanir Akhra, Demra on Thursday night.
Shafiq checked his pocked to see if he had any changes and found some five hundred taka notes, his relatives said. As he said he did not have any change, the so-called beggars asked him to hand over all the money he had.
As he protested, they stabbed him in the chest. He was taken to the DMCH and later referred to the same hospital where he died yesterday.
