UNDP resident representative meets Bhuiyan
Newly appointed UNDP resident representative Renata Lok Dessallion called on LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan at his secretariat office yesterday.
They discussed different aspects of the Sirajganj under-construction 'Local Government Development Fund Project' under the LGRD Division being implemented with the UNDP assistance apart from other issues of mutual interest.
They exchanged opinions regarding the steps taken by the government to strengthen the local government institutions and their activities.
