US embassy team visits Kansat

During the visit, the team met Golam Rabbani, leader of Kansat Palli Bidyut movement.

In an hour-long meeting with Rabbani, the US team led by Robert Aung, political and labour affairs official of the embassy, listened to the details of Kansat movement.

The team members visited the BNP office at Shibganj and exchanged views with the local BNP leaders. They also met the deputy commissioner of Chapainawabganj and chairman of Shibganj Municipality.
