ZIA customs officials seize goods worth Tk 1crore
Customs officials at Zia International Airport (ZIA) seized mobile phone accessories and electronics goods worth around Tk 1 crore from cargo complex area yesterday.
The goods in 14 cartons were brought to the airport from Hong Kong by a Bangladesh Biman flight on July 3 under false declaration.
The customs official seized the cartons on July 13 and opened those yesterday, said a press release.
