20 hurt in clash over land
At least 20 people were injured when rival groups clashed over a piece of land in at Noboganjgram village in Akhaura upazila on Sunday.
Police said there was a long-drawn rivalry between Gulam Hossain and his reghebours over a disputed land.
Three of the injured-- Gulam Robbani, 50, Luthfa Begum, 44 and Rabeya Begum, 45-- were admitted to Akhaura Upazila Health complex in critical conditions.
