3 Jubo League men hurt in BNP attack
At least three Jubo League activists were injured in an attack by BNP activists at Shalbagun in Sadar upazila yesterday.
The injured are Abul Kalam, 27, Abu Bakkar, 30, and Mohammad Nasir Uddin, 28. BNP activists allegedly attacked them for joining a long march on Wednesday.
District AL leader Prashanta Tripura alleged that the BNP cadres are torturing the party activists day after day but the administration did not take measures to halt the trend. He demanded immediate arrest of the attackers.
