American Corner opens in Jessore
The 3rd American Corner was inaugurated in Jessore Institute jointly by Environment and Forest minister Tariqul Islam and Charge d' Affaires of US Embassy in Dhaka Judith A Chammas.
The inaugural function was chaired by Jessore Deputy Commissioner Abdul Wazed and addressed by, among others, Dr Michelle Jones, Deputy Director, American Centre; Sheikh Rabiul Alam, General Secretary, Jessore Institute and its Library Secretary Mahbub Alam Bachchu.
