Cop held for extortion

Muhammad Mohiuddin, 52, of Rajshahi Customs was caught red-handed by Rab while taking Tk 100 from a trucker at the check post. He hailed from Badalgachhi in Naogaon.

On interrogation, he said his senior officials had asked him to collect illegal toll.
