Documents lost from Bogra BRTA office

Meanwhile, the official activities are being hampered at the office due to shortage of manpower and lack of accommodation. This has resulted in sufferings of hundreds of vehicle owners.

Sources said, the official work of BRTA began in a small room of the old court building here in1989 aiming at meeting the requirements of vehicle owners of Bogra, Naogaon and Joypurhat districts.

BRTA inspector Abdul Hannan said that they had no office building of their own for the last 15 years. He said only three staffers are working against requirement 21 .
