Half-day hartal in Jhenidah tomorrow
Local Four-party Alliance leaders yesterday declared a half-day hartal here tomorrow demanding arrest of slain district Juba Dal organising secretary Haider Ali Hadu who was killed here Friday.
About 15 party rivals hurled two bombs and opened fire at him as he descended from a rickshaw near his Adarsha Para home at night. Later, he died in a hospital the same night.
They announced their agitation programme at a meeting held at the post office intersection in the town yesterday.
