Independence Tower planned in C'nawabganj
An independence tower is being constructed at Shaheed Captain Mohiuddin Jahangir (Birshreshtha) Bridge Square at Baroghoria in Sadar upazila.
The 40 feet high tower is being built at a cost of Tk 15 lakh at the initiative of local lawmaker Harunur Rashid MP. The fund will be collected from local donors, Rashid said.
