Srimangal Poura chairman sent to jail
Srimangal upazila BNP president and former chairman of Srimangal Pourasabha Mohsin Miah Modhu was sent to jail hajat after his appearance before a court on Tuesday.
A high court bench asked him to appear before the court. During appearance he prayed for bail which was rejected by Special Judge Anwar Hossain.
Mohsin was absconding and a warrant of arrest was issued in two graft cases for alleged misappropriation of money of the pourasabha, lodged by the Bureau of Anti Corruption, Moulvibazar.
