Tangail Jubo Dal burns copies of Janakantha
Jubo Dal leaders on Monday burnt all the copies of The Daily Janakantha here for publishing what they said 'false and fabricated reports' against State Minister for Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment Lutfar Rahman Khan Azad.
They also threatened a newspaper agent to burn his bookstall if he distributes again Janakantha among the readers, witnesses said.
Earlier, Jubo Dal and Chhatra Dal leaders, at a meeting on Sunday, declared the Daily Prothom Alo and Janakantha correspondents persona non-grata.
