Bangladeshi worker trapped after construction site accident in Malaysia

Falling debris has trapped a Bangladeshi construction worker at a site in Malaysia's Petaling Jaya in an accident today.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Hafisham Mohd Noor, when contacted, said that firefighters arrived at the scene in Ara Damansara at 12pm (local time).

"According to a report by the operations commander, a 32-year-old Bangladeshi excavator operator, was hit by a falling stone wall. The victim is unconscious and efforts are underway to rescue him with the use of a crane," he said.
