25 firebombs seized in Comilla

Paramilitary Border Guard Bangladesh seize 25 petrol bombs from Adarsha Sadar upazila of Comilla
The paramilitary Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized 25 petrol bombs from Adarsha Sadar upazila of Comilla early today.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of BGB-10 conducted a raid in Balutupa area around 12:10am and recovered the firebombs in an abandoned condition, said Lieutenant Colonel Mokhlesur Rahman, commander of the battalion unit.
No one was arrested in this connection, a correspondent from Comilla reports quoting the BGB official.
The recovery came on the 61st day of the countrywide nonstop blockade enforced by the BNP-led 20-party alliance.
