30 lakh jobs to be created at Mirsarai Economic Zone: LGRD minister

Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Md Tazul Islam today said about 30 lakh job opportunities will be created at Mirsarai Economic Zone.

"We have the opportunity to earn billions of dollars from Chattogram and we have to work in this regard," he said while addressing a function, as chief guest, at Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View.

The minister also said Bangabandhu dreamt of a developed country and his daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is now materialising that dream, and has made the country self-sufficient in food production and education.
