Digital Roundtable on urban health affected by COVID-19

CARE Bangladesh in partnership with The Daily Star organized an online discussion on the rapid assessment undertaken by CARE Bangladesh's Urban Health Team on urban health affected by COVID-19 in Gazipur. 

Advocate Jahangir Alam, Mayor of  Gazipur City Corporation was present as chief guest and contributed towards discussion.  Abdul Hakin Mojumder, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives (MOGRD&Co) and Dr. Muhiuddin Osmani, Joint Chief Planning, Ministry of Health and family Welfare were present as guest of honor. In addition, Dr. khairuzzan, Civil Surgeon Gazipur and Lazu shamshad Haque , Deputy Director – Family Planning were present as special guest. Prabodh Devkota, Deputy Country Director – Program of CARE Bangladesh made introductory remarks and thanked all for taking part in the discussion.
