With the mercury climbing to mid-30s amid high humidity, a large group of children and teenagers have found Crescent Lake behind the National Parliament building to be the perfect spot for some water-acrobatics. Meanwhile, those not willing to get their clothes wet have found a vantage point at the top of the bridge.
