In this photo: LGED staffers and labourers are dumping sand bags after the approach road to the Second Teesta Bridge in Lalmonirhat got washed away apparently due to heavy currents yesterday. The road communications between Kakina and Mahipur remained snapped and people crossed the river by boat. Residents of four upazilas use the route to go Rangpur city.
