'Pickets' vandalise 5 vehicles in Feni

Alleged pro-hartal activists blasted two crude bombs and vandalised five vehicles in Feni early today, on the fourth day of the BNP-led 20-Party-sponsored hartal.

A gang of at least 12 miscreants hurled two crude bombs on Mizan Road and set alight four auto-rickshaws and a human hauler waiting to receive passengers around 7:30am, reports our Feni correspondent quoting witnesses.

On information, Md Saiful Haque, additional superintendent of police in Feni rushed to the scene but refused to make any comments.  

No other unexpected incident was reported from anywhere across the country till 12noon when the report was filed.
