Students of Dhaka University under the banner of “Students against Repression” form a human chain demanding safety and stability on the campus. They condemned the recent wave of unrest that followed the quota reform movement. A series of violent incidents took place during the movement including vandalism on the vice-chancellor’s residence, student-police clash, harassment of protesters, and torture of female students in a residential hall.
