Rain or shine, there seems to be water everywhere in the port city Chittagong -- be it infront of hospitals, on roads, or underneath flyovers. Due to an ongoing "development work" and a lack of proper drainage system, many of the areas remain waterlogged. In addition, dilapidated conditions of many roads continue to add to the residents' miseries.
