Symphony launches new Z25, Z12 smartphones

Symphony Mobile has welcomed 2020 by launching two new smartphone models, the Z25 and the Z12.

Symphony Mobile’s Assistant Director (Mobile Sales) MA Hanif, General Manager (Product) Munim Md Istiaque, Deputy General Manager (Business & Planning) Md Tarikul Islam and Senior Manager (Marketing) Mohammad Taiabur Rahman unveiled the Z25 & Z12 smartphones at Symphony’s Head Office, Rangs Babylonia, in the capital.

Both of the devices run on android 9.0 Pie Operating system, and come with 6.09-inch IPS water drop notch display with in-cell technology & HD+ resolution, ensuring sharp and crispier detail, accurate true to life color rendering and wide viewing angle and creating an immersive viewing and gaming experience.  

Both of the devices are equipped with 1.6GHz Octa Core Processor to ensure fast and efficient multi-tasking performance, which will enable users to run multiple tasks simultaneously without any noticeable lagging.

Both Z25 and Z12 devices contain 3 GB DDR4 and 2 GB RAM respectively, which, in combination with the multitasking processor, will provide fast processing performance to foster smooth experience for memory intensive tasks like watching high resolution movies and playing heavy graphics games.

Z25 and Z12 are powered by 4000mAh huge li-polymer battery and 3500mAh li-polymer battery respectively. The bigger batteries will ensure all day long battery life. Hardware and software work together here to get the most out of the batteries.

One of the most exciting aspects for these two new devices are their cameras. Z25 is equipped 13+2 MP AI powered dual rear camera setup with an unprecedented f1.8 aperture which will enable more light from the environment which in combined with the good optimisation will enable users to capture life-like bright images with crispier detail and accurate true to life color rendering. The dual camera setup will also provide hardware enabled bokeh which will help you take very pleasant portraits with sharper edge detection and isolation. Front of Z25 is equipped with an 8 MP selfie camera with built-in portrait mode to capture excellent quality portraits with front camera as well.

The Z12 has the same resolutions (13+2 MP on Rear, 8MP on front) for both cameras with f 2.2 aperture on both back and front camera for taking excellent images in all environment. The two phones have a sophisticated display flash for selfie cameras through which the pictures will be better in low light environment.

Z25 and Z12 are two smartphones with camera features such as AI, Google Lens, Portrait Mode, Face Beauty, Night Shot, Time Lapse, HDR, Smile Shutter, Face Detection, Filter, Burst Mode, Panorama, QR Code and Self Timer.

Both smartphones have fingerprint security and face unlock features along with Proximity, Lite and G-sensor. Special features include “Parental Lock” as a notable feature. Through this feature parents can access from other phone if children use the phone. The person can also see what the child is doing with the mobile phone.

There are also some other special features, such as dual 4G standby, dual VoLTE (network enabled), Google Duo, quick capture, photo capture via fingerprint and smart control.

The Symphony Z25 is available in two colours, Light Blue and Dark Blue, and the Symphony Z12 is available in three colours: Midnight Blue, Aqua Blue and Cranberry Red.
