Australian institution Monash College in partnership with Eduko Pathways, Bangladesh is organising a teacher training workshop on 12 February 2021 to provide online training to all school and college teachers in Bangladesh. The workshop is supported by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, Australian Government. The Daily Star is the sole media partner for this workshop.

SAJIDA Foundation receives USD 7.5 million fund from FMO, Netherlands to expand microcredit program

SAJIDA Foundation has received a USD 7.5 million fund from FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development Bank, through it’s government fund MASSIF. The agreement was executed on 14th December 2020 after receiving approval from Bangladesh Bank and Microcredit Regulatory Authority and shall remain effective till September 2025. SAJIDA will use this facility to expand its microcredit program.
